Pepe is a Principal Engineer in Mayer Brown’s Flood Risk & Infrastructure Team, bringing over a decade of experience in delivering technically robust and environmentally responsible infrastructure solutions. Based in the South Coast office, Pepe works closely with Local Authorities, Developers, and Private Clients to ensure every project is underpinned by thorough planning, precision design, and regulatory compliance.

 

His expertise spans from flood risk assessments, detailed drainage design (including hydraulic modelling to adoptable standards), to earthworks and road design, enabling him to guide projects seamlessly from concept to delivery. As an NEC-qualified supervisor and Clerk of Works, Pepe is a trusted on-site presence, overseeing construction to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to standards, whilst minimising risk and preventing costly delays.

 

Pepe also has extensive experience in preparing and implementing Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs), ensuring developments meet planning conditions and environmental best practice throughout every stage of construction. His technical insight, combined with hands-on site experience, makes him a valued partner to clients seeking practical, buildable solutions to complex engineering challenges.
