Technical Director

Paul is a Civil Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the UK and worldwide of guiding a wide variety of projects, both private and public sector, through all stages of Development Planning, Infrastructure Design, Contract Preparation and Construction.

He joined Mayer Brown in 1997 from Mouchel Consulting Limited where he had gained extensive experience in civil engineering, traffic engineering, transportation planning, highway design, preparation of contract documents and site supervision of large highway and infrastructure schemes while working in their offices in the UK, Qatar and Hong Kong.

Paul enjoys advising Clients and liaising with Consultants, Contractors, Statutory Undertakers and Highway Authorities regarding planning and engineering matters associated with highways projects.

Paul is a Member of the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation.
