Nikki Eyles
AssociateNikki joined Mayer Brown in August 2004 and has over 20 years’ experience in development planning and transport modelling. During her time at Mayer Brown, Nikki has advised clients from initial feasibility of the schemes in terms of highway design, highway layout and access advice, through to the production of supporting evidence for submission alongside the planning applications and DCO applications and analysis and detailed modelling work associated with the schemes on a range of projects comprising residential, retail, leisure, commercial and mixed-use developments.
Technical experience includes all required aspects to deliver a successful development planning project from initial scheme concept / feasibility and the production of Transport Assessments / Statements, Travel Plans and Environmental Impact Assessments for planning applications through to the negotiation of planning consent and legal agreements and the subsequent discharge of planning conditions, implementation of Travel Plans for both residential and employment developments and undertaking detailed transport modelling using ARCADY, PICADY, LinSig, TRANSYT and Paramics.
Nikki is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Logistics and Transport (CMILT) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation (MCIHT).
