Jacob works within the active travel and movement team, supporting public sector projects across the UK and has a strong passion for utility cycling and the drive to create more liveable places. He holds experience planning and designing cycleway schemes from feasibility stage through to detailed design. Jacob possesses strong technical skills in AutoCAD and GIS and completed a Masters in Transport Planning and Engineering in 2025, having been supported by the Rees Jeffreys Road Fund.
