Adrian is a Director, a Chartered Highway Engineer, Member of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation and Fellow of the Institute of Highway Engineers with over 20 years’ experience in design, project management and implementation of highway infrastructure projects.

Adrian joined the team as a Technician in 1992 and progressively developed his career through the company training scheme which enabled him to develop skills working on a wide range of transport planning and highway infrastructure design projects whilst studying day release for industry recognised academic qualifications.

Adrian enjoys advising Clients and liaising with consultants, contractors, statutory undertakers, Highway Authorities and other stakeholders regarding planning and engineering matters associated with highways projects.

Adrian spent 5 years designing and implementing LCN+ cycle improvement schemes but has an expertise in all aspects of highway infrastructure design and implementation from simple access alterations to the design of link roads.

His expertise covers both public and private sector-led highways projects including but not limited to priority junctions, roundabouts, traffic signals, access roads, pedestrian / cycle facilities and traffic calming.

As well as design services, Adrian also offers contract administration and construction stage monitoring expertise, most recently using the ICC Form of Contract for the construction of highway improvement schemes.  He takes particular pride in guiding S278 Agreement Highway Works projects from the planning through design and on to construction on site and handover to the highway authority.
