Details

Designing a Mixed use Development

The project involved creating a new station and interchange together with a mixed use development consisting of residential units and retail units, built on a podium over the tracks.

Match Day Crowd Management

On a major match day at Twickenham, the station carries 30,000 passengers. Consequently crowd management plans and liaising with Emergency Services have been two of the priorities for our work on this project.

Result

Planning approval was granted for the development, and the construction is shortly to commence.
