Paul joined Mayer Brown in 1990, shortly after it was formed and has played an important role in the company’s success. Prior to this, Paul worked for Woking and Surrey Heath Borough Councils and therefore understands local authority requirements and their diverse roles.
Paul’s specialist area is advising Clients from both the public and private sectors in regard to transport matters for a wide variety of land uses, including strategic regeneration development, retail, residential, employment, education, health, commercial, leisure, waste management and mineral extraction projects. He has over 30 years’ experience in the industry and works on a variety of projects from major strategic urban extensions, regeneration development, multi-million pound town centre redevelopments to small residential schemes. His key skills include identifying transport solutions and project strategies. This combined with his excellent negotiating skills means that Paul has an enviable track record of delivering successful projects on time and on budget.
Paul is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation.
