Malcolm is an Associate in the Infrastructure team based at our Head Office in Woking, he has extensive experience in Civil Engineering Design of Drainage and Highways, Sustainable Drainage, Flood Risk and Environmental Statements.
He has over 25 years’ experience in drainage design including for UK Utility Companies, Private Commercial and Residential Developments, Highways and Rail infrastructure. From 2009 Malcolm has managed highways designs including new highways, roundabouts, cycle paths and car parks.
Since 2002 Malcolm has managed projects relating to flooding, flood risk assessments and environmental impact assessments for diverse sites located within tidal and fluvial floodplains. Malcolm advised on Flood Risk for a programme of land sales undertaken by the United Kingdom Government between 2013 to 2017. Malcolm has managed Flood Risk input for approximately 70 diverse clients.
Before joining Mayer Brown in 2019, Malcolm managed Infrastructure teams at URS, AECOM and Odyssey. These roles included responsibility for client management, technical and financial performance.
