George Stow from Mayer Brown attended Traffex 2019 at the NEC in Birmingham last week, to see the latest developments in traffic thinking and technology.
The event was well-attended by individuals from across the industry and featured numerous stalls and seminars. Coming back, George has said “I was particularly impressed with the innovations being made in relation to transport and traffic data, from tactile paving that’s able to provide information to partially sighted individuals, to connected street lights that provide a constant stream of traffic, air quality and noise data into a ‘Smart City’ system”.
