The Work for Berkeley Homes

Berkeley Homes were developing the site and converting the existing buildings of the Police Station. A series of topographical, floor plans and elevations were produced using the latest Leica Viva GPS and TPS instruments, together with Leica Bluetooth Disto and MBS software to produce the measured building surveys in AutoCAD format.

How the Data Mayer Brown Collected Delivered Results

With the survey data produced by Mayer Brown the Client’s Architects and Designers were able to design and convert the existing buildings into an exclusive collection of seven, five-bedroom, family homes in the desirable village of Barnes. These traditional, four-storey townhouses have been designed to complement the surrounding residential area and will feature Berkeley’s renowned high-quality specification.
